Meet Ryan Rachiele.
He was born and raised in Potter County, PA and has been fly fishing for 4 years now. Fishing small streams with big, nasty streamer and mouse flies is his specialty and putting Potter County on the map as a world class fishery is his number one goal. Ryan currently lives in Galeton, PA with his girlfriend and his two children.
